Bea Bauza brings more than three decades of experience in human resources and operations management to our team. She serves as the firm’s vice president and chief administrative officer.

Her experience includes corporate recruitment, training and development, financial planning and oversight, performance management and conflict resolution.

Before joining Steinreich, Bea was vice president of human resources and administration for AmTrust Realty in New York where she directed all personnel operations, including the implementation of agency-wide policies and procedures as well as oversight of corporate expenditures. Prior to that role, Bea served as director of human resources for a leading healthcare industry furnishings manufacturer Hausmann Industries, leading and cultivating its corporate culture. Earlier in her career, she spent 12 years as the director of operations for leading real estate firm, Julien J. Studley, overseeing the agency’s operations and human resources of all their offices nationally.

Bea holds SPHR and SHRM-CP certifications. She also has a certificate in human resource management and law from New York University.

Bea is a graduate of William Paterson College.

She lives in Clifton, NJ with her family.
