Home Furnishings Vet Joins Steinreich As SVP

Steinreich Communications Group, Inc., an international public relations firm, recently appointed Kimberley Wray, one of the most respected names in marketing and communications in the home furnishing industry, as senior vice president and leader of its home furnishings practice.
For the past 30 years, she has been both a leading journalist in the space as well as a representative for top brands on the public relations side. For the past 12 years, she has been running her own consultancy. Prior to that role, she was the vice president of marketing and communications for the High Point Market Authority and before that, she served as vice president of marketing and communications for Connie Post Companies, the leading designer of home furnishings showrooms and retail stores.
As a journalist, she was the editorial director and furniture group editor of Fairchild Publications, which at the time owned publications like HFN and High Points Magazine. She was senior editor of Furniture, Lighting & Décor and Furniture Insights, and earlier in her career executive editor of Spotlight Magazine.
Wray is a co-founder of WithIT (Women in the Home Industries Today), a former board member of the Furniture Fellowship and a former board member of the International Society of Furniture Designers (ISFD).
