Throughout the week I have been sharing a trilogy of great client feedback to work our colleagues have been doing for several companies. Last week I shared a number of these as well from other clients about the work our teammates did. This goes right to the heart of who we are as an organization and why we have grown and expanded with our clients.

We have unusually long longevity with most clients because we deliver tangible business results for them. While many agencies can deliver “hits,” we deliver “results” and that makes our work far more critical to their mission. They get sales, appointments, donations, etc. because of the work we do every day. The media coverage we generate is right on the money because we spend an exorbitant amount of time making sure that our work aligns with our clients business and strategic objectives. We have never been believers in publicity by the pound, but rather targeted media relations that performs. It is the difference between using a sniper’s precision rather than a machine gunners spray.

Another key element of this client acknowledgement is that it also shows the significance that trade and ethnic media hold for their businesses and organizations. It is a reminder that while Top Tier media coverage is important and critical, these specialty opportunities are really meaningful for clients.
