Monica Edwards has extensive experience helping to build leading consumer brands through successful public relations and marketing strategies. She heads the firm’s Lifestyle Brands practice.
Her illustrious career has included heading marketing and communications for Drexel Heritage, Vera Bradley and Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby. She also served as the head of the public relations division of Doe-Anderson, one of the leading agencies in the South. In that role, she worked with brands like Natuzzi, Maui Jim, Independence Bank, Pinnacle Entertainment, Makers Mark and Papa John’s, among others.
Her background is on both the agency and client sides of the business.
Edwards received her bachelor’s degree in journalism and communications from San Diego State University. She also participated in Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management’s Business Executive Program, where she studied product development.
